Last updated: July 17, 2026

  1. 1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Additional. They cover your use of the Additional website, apps, and services. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

  2. 2. Who can use the service

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service. You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.

  3. 3. Accounts and workspaces

A workspace is a shared space for a team. The person who creates a workspace can invite others, manage access, and control its settings. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the actions of the people you invite. Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

  4. 4. Acceptable use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the service to break the law or infringe the rights of others.
    • Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates someone else's rights.
    • Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
    • Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the service or its infrastructure.
    • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service except where the law allows it.
    • Use the service to build a competing product or to train a competing model.
    • Bypass usage limits, security measures, or rate limits.

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe you are violating these terms or putting the service or other users at risk.

  5. 5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit to the service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service and to provide the features you request. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it, and you confirm that it does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.

  6. 6. Third-party tools

The service can connect to third-party tools that you choose to authorize. Those tools are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. When you connect a tool, you authorize us to access the data needed to provide the integration, within the permissions you grant.

  7. 7. AI output

The service uses AI models to generate responses. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before you rely on it, and you should not treat it as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for how you use the output.

  8. 8. Plans, fees, and billing

Some features are free and others require a paid plan. Prices, plan limits, and features are described at the time you subscribe and may change. Paid plans renew automatically unless you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. During any waitlist, preview, or beta period, features and pricing may change before general release.

  9. 9. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Additional and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to our name, logos, or trademarks, except as needed to use the service in the normal way.

  10. 10. Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction and without any obligation to you.

  11. 11. Confidentiality

You may receive information about the service that is not public. You agree to keep that information confidential and to use it only to use the service as intended.

  12. 12. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the service. Where reasonable, we will give notice of significant changes.

  13. 13. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that it will be secure, accurate, or reliable at all times.

  14. 14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Additional will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred euros.

  15. 15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Additional and its team from any claims, damages, and costs arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or the rights of others.

  16. 16. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the service or other users. When access ends, your right to use the service stops, and we may delete your content in line with our data retention practices.

  17. 17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the service or these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

  18. 18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
